24 May World Whisky Day 2016 wrap-up

Well, we made it through the week of World Whisky Day! And what a day it was! Thanks to all those who joined us for the Japanese Whisky Dinner and tasting flights on World Whisky Day!

We were stoked to see so many of you all keen to celebrate with a dram on Saturday; whether it was the soft and smooth Writer’s Tears Pot Still Irish Whiskey; the eye-opening Ichiro’s Malt Chichibu ‘Chibidaru’ or the venerable Yamazaki Sherry Cask 2016.

Out of more than 130 flights served on World Whisky Day, our Japanese ‘Awesome Foursome’ and ‘World Whisky Flight’ were the most popular. So over the next few Whisky Wednesdays, we’ll be profiling those whiskies for your learning and drinking pleasure (if we haven’t already).
