Across three weeks in September, Sydneysiders can experience Suntory’s newest craft gin release at the Roku Gin Pop-Up bar, right next door to Tokyo Bird. Enter a little slice of the Roku Gin world, built around the six Japanese botanicals featured in Suntory’s first Japanese craft gin.

Your session ticket to the Roku Gin Pop-Up includes a sensory experience with the botanicals and a signature Roku Gin & Tonic paired with two canapes showcasing sakura cherry blossom, sencha green tea, sansho pepper or yuzu. Specially-designed Roku Gin cocktails, like the Roku Martini, will be exclusively available for purchase on the night.

Tickets are available for $25 (+ booking fee) for 6pm or 7.30pm sessions in the Roku Gin Pop-Up bar, Tuesday to Thursday nights from 6-20 September 2018. Ticket includes sensory experience, 1 signature Roku Gin & Tonic, and 2 snacks per person.
