As part of #WorldClassCocktailWeek, learn how to carve the perfect, hand-chipped ice ball at Tokyo Bird with bar manager, Yoshi Onishi.
Yoshi will share the secrets of crystal-clear ice and demonstrate how to carve an ice ball from a larger block. You’ll then get to carve your very own, and enjoy it at the end with Singleton of Glen Ord whisky.
Limited to 10 participants per class.
