Learn to make a perfect hand-chipped ice ball for your whisky or cocktails with Tokyo Bird bar manager, Yoshi Onishi, as part of World Class Cocktail Week.
Yoshi will share the secrets of making your own crystal clear ice and demonstrate how to carve an ice ball from a larger block. You’ll then get to carve your very own ice ball, and enjoy it with a Diageo Reserve Brand whisky.
Two sessions available: 6.30pm and 8.00pm. Limited to 10 participants per class.
