We’re counting down to Christmas here at Tokyo Bird – more specifically, for the Christmas Whisky Dinner on Tuesday, 20 December.
For one night only, our head chef at Osaka Trading Co. Shota Sato will be behind the pass in collaboration with the Tokyo Bird team, dishing out his stellar modern Japanese cuisine, Tokyo Bird style.
