It’s been an epic year for us at both Tokyo Bird and Osaka Trading Co., plus we’re coming up to our second birthday ‘TB’. Thanks to all our awesome customers for all the good times and great drinks during the year! Now, let’s send it off with a banging whisky dinner or two!

We start with our first Japanese Whisky Dinner at Osaka Trading Co. at Tramsheds Harold Park, on Tuesday, 13 December 2016. Head chef Shota Sato is excited to match five courses of his seafood-focused modern Japanese cuisine to five Japanese whiskies for our first-ever whisky dinner at Tramsheds, with an Asahi beer on arrival too.

Then, the Christmas Whisky Dinner at Tokyo Bird takes flight on Tuesday, 20 December 2016, when our whisky back bar gets a serious work out. Christmas comes early with tastings of five top shelf Japanese whiskies paired with five courses, with chef Shota in the Tokyo Bird kitchen for one night only – plus a Suntory Kakubin whisky highball on arrival.
