We’re counting down to Christmas here at Tokyo Bird – more specifically, for the Christmas Whisky Dinner on Tuesday, 20 December.

For one night only, our head chef at Osaka Trading Co. Shota Sato will be behind the pass in collaboration with the Tokyo Bird team, dishing out his stellar modern Japanese cuisine, Tokyo Bird style.

 

CHRISTMAS WHISKY DINNER – Tuesday 20 December 2016
6pm or 8.30pm sitting available

Suntory Kakubin whisky highball on arrival
served with goat’s cheese, nori paste

Torched salmon tartare, rice cracker
served with Nikka Taketsuru 17 year old

Grilled scallops, wakame butter, cauliflower
served with Suntory Hakushu 18 year old

Negima: Grilled chicken thigh, corn, leek puree
served with Suntory Yamazaki 12 year old

Wagyu tenderloin, miso carrot, grilled Dutch carrot
served with Ichiro’s Malt Wine Wood Reserve

Vanilla pannacotta, poached stone fruits
served with Suntory Hibiki 21 year old

 

Tickets $160 per person (+bf) – available for purchase below. Please note 6pm bookings must vacate tables by 8.15pm.

Menu subject to change. Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Whiskies served in 15ml tasting pours.

Ticket conditions: No refunds on cancellations after 13 December 2016. Cancellations before this time will be refunded less booking fees.
