Tokyo Bird is a Japanese inspired small bar located in Belmore Lane, Surry Hills, specialising in Japanese whisky and beer, cocktails, sake and yakitori – chicken and other delicious morsels on skewers, grilled Japanese style.
Established in 2014, Tokyo Bird combines the best of Tokyo’s yakitori-ya and classic cocktail bars in an intimate Sydney laneway small bar.
We’re proud to have one of Australia’s largest Japanese whisky collections on our back bar, including rare bottlings from Suntory Whisky, Ichiro’s Malt, Nikka Whisky and more. We’re also growing our Scotch whisky collection, including rare and unique independent bottlings.
