19 Jan Happy New Year 2016 – we’re back!

We visited the Chichibu distillery – home of Ichiro’s Malt – in Saitama, Japan – blog post to come!

Happy New Year everyone! We took a well-earned break in Japan over Christmas and New Year (check out our Insta) but we’re back, ready and raring to go in 2016.

We managed to bring back some pretty special whiskies from the trip, so we look forward to sharing these with you – keep an eye out for the Whisky Wednesday posts!

And you may or may not know that Tokyo Bird officially turned 1 year old on Christmas eve 2015. We’re having belated celebrations week but in the meantime – yay for the Australia Day (sort of) long weekend!
