We’ll be getting into the Christmas partying mood over two sittings on Tuesday, 22 December 2015, sharing star Japanese whiskies from the back bar, matched with five courses of festive food.

6pm or 8.30pm dinner sittings (earlier sitting must vacate tables by 8.15pm)

Menu subject to change; whisky served neat in 20ml pours

Mini seafood platter: Pacific oyster, seared scallop and king prawns with condiments
served with Mars Whisky Karuizawa Club

Korroke: Pork belly and edamame croquettes with chilli Kewpie mayonnaise
served with Nikka Coffey Grain whisky

Poke: Miso salmon tartare served on a crispy onigiri rice ball
served with Ichiro’s Malt Malt & Grain whisky

Yakitori: Turkey and cranberry tsukune meatball, grilled chicken and baby corn, bacon wrapped cherry tomato
served with Nikka Taketsuru 17 Pure Malt whisky

Special Christmas dessert: Strawberry and chantilly cream profiterole
served with Yamazaki Limited Edition 2015 single malt
