Passport must be completed by 2am Sunday 19 May 2019 for T-shirt to be claimed.
Passport must be accompanied with original purchase receipts (showing all 10 world whisky cocktails purchased between 13-18 May 2019) from Tokyo Bird and Banchō.
Limit to one (1) T-shirt per person.
If correct T-shirt sizes are not available, we reserve the right to supply the T-shirt at a later date (depending on production times).
